Hi, I'm Gordo, and I want to welcome you to the new Rudders and Boards website! You probably found us by linking from Bobby's Boat Works. My daughter Chantel and I have obtained the business from Bobby and will be continuing the same products and excellent quality he was know for.

While I'm new to the business of small boat parts, I'm no stranger to woodwork and boat building. I've been crafting quality furniture, cabinets, and other projects for over 40 years, was a professional carpenter for a decade, and to date I've built 6 boats ranging from 8 feet to 32 feet. I've also restored several boats along the way. Chantel has been helping her dad in the shop since she could walk, and is the artistic side of the partnership.
